Dr. Ali Hedayati is the founder and executive director of the UNIVISA Immigration Services. Ali has an MBA degree from Canada, MSc. in International Business from UK, and PhD in Science and Technology Policy-Making with distinction. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a diploma in Immigration consultation.

Ali is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a good standing member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), RCIC membership number: R531469. He also is a Commissioner of Taking Oaths and Affidavits, and a Registered Member in good standing with The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).


The executive director of the UNIVISA Immigration Services has expertise in various areas including, law, immigration, public policy, science and technology policy-making, quality management, international business, human resource management, productivity management, and system analysis. In addition, Ali has a teaching experience in world-class universities and published numerous papers, and over 20 years of experience in immigration to Europe and Canada.

At UNIVISA, we assist individuals and families from all over the world with temporary and permanent visa applications. In addition, we also provide support and assistance with immigration process to Canada.
