Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)

In order to provide workforce tailored to the needs and conditions of the provinces and the regions, each province and territory, following the agreement with the federal government to determine the provincial immigration paths, sets the standards and conditions of the applicants such as the intention to live in that province, skills, study, and work experiences. In the final step, then provinces accept the most qualified people for the province’s economic development.

This stream involves three main steps: first, the initial acceptance of applicants by the provinces and the issuance of a certificate of admission; then assesses the admissibility of the candidates (criminal record, security and health check); and, in the end, the issuance of a permanent residence visa for eligible and successful candidates.

Feel free to contact us in UNIVISA for a comprehensive assessment and consultation to determine your eligibility and requirements for immigration through PNP.
